Branch Manager Candidate Assessment

Operating a Next Level Coatings branch means being responsible when things go right AND when things go wrong.

The assessment has two parts. First, you'll work through 10 open-ended situations — explain what you would do and why. Then you'll answer 20–25 multiple-choice questions where you pick the best answer and briefly justify your choice.

There may not always be one perfect answer. We are evaluating your judgment, leadership, accountability, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
