Read it once. Then get back to your day.

Before We Arrive
Tick these off as you go. Your crew watches the progress bar.
0 / 9 done
Most clients spend 3 to 4 hours, a day or two ahead.
Items left in the work area are not covered. Move what you are keeping.
The Big Question
Straight answer: the floor has to be empty before we arrive.
Yes. Everything.
Why?
We grind the whole slab and coat it edge to edge. Anything on the floor is in the way.
Out it goes
We handle
You handle
The day before, not the day of
Clear it early and we start grinding the moment we pull up.
Too much to move?
Tell your rep before install day. We will figure it out together.
The honest part
Anything left on the floor is not covered. Move what you are keeping.
Not sure what counts? Call us.
Weather & Timing
We hold your date and fight to keep it. Here is how weather gets a vote.
Why weather matters
Our coatings cure by chemical reaction. Rain, humidity, and cold slow it down and can trap moisture under the floor, the top reason coatings fail early.
How we watch it
We check your forecast five days out, then every morning. You get a clear yes or no by 5:00 PM the day before.
If we move you
You slide to the next slot that week, free. You hear the new date the moment we know it.
Our promise
If anything changes, you hear it from us first.
What To Expect
Most residential floors take one to two days.
Prep and base coat
We walk the space and protect baseboards and edges.
Diamond grinding opens the concrete so the coating bonds.
Cracks and joints get repaired, then everything is vacuumed dust-free.
First coat goes down.
Finish and walkthrough
Your finish goes on, decorative layer or topcoat.
Final topcoat, the wear layer.
We walk it with you and hand over your care instructions.
Every floor is different. Your crew gives you the real timeline on day one.
After We Leave
Your floor takes footsteps before it takes weight.
0-24 hrs
Feet only
Socks or clean soft soles. Nothing else.
24-48 hrs
Light stuff comes back
Carry it, never drag. Nothing heavy yet.
72 hrs
Vehicles can park
Park normally. No hot tires in one spot for hours.
Remember this one
Feet before freight.
Moving back, the right way
Lift and carry. Never drag.
Felt pads under anything that slides.
Wipe spills when they happen.
Skip vinegar, bleach, citrus, and abrasive pads.
The one thing that ruins a new floor
Dragging something heavy too soon.
