Customer-requested modifications

A signed written agreement is required before work begins.

4. Payments & Deposits

Payment terms will be outlined in your signed project agreement or invoice.

Failure to make payments may result in:

Work suspension

Project delays

Additional fees

Collection actions

Deposits may be required prior to scheduling work.

All sales are final once services are rendered.

5. Warranties

Warranty coverage, if offered, will be outlined in your written service agreement.

Warranty may be void if:

Surface alterations occur

Improper maintenance is performed

Chemical damage occurs

Structural movement causes cracking

Abuse or misuse is evident

Normal wear and tear is not covered.

6. Client Responsibilities

Disclose known property issues

Ensure site access at scheduled times

Maintain surfaces according to provided care instructions

We are not responsible for undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Coatings shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing defects

Structural cracking

Moisture vapor emissions

Acts of nature

Improper maintenance

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services performed.

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond those stated in a signed agreement.

We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party systems.

9. Intellectual Property
